There are three circles of problem.
the first innermost circle is 'Focus' or 'Intension'.
The second one is 'Influence'.
The third one is 'Concern'
we have to first go throgh the focus of problem.
Then influece Person Having problen & then go for concern.
But most of people remauns in Concer.
